Responsibility

  • hours of work –
  • 32 hours over a 14-day rota, between 9am & 2pm, including every other weekend
  • responsibilities –
  • rate of pay is £10.90 per hour plus other benefits
  • due to retirement the Association is seeking applications for a part time cook to join our small team at Harehill Court, a sheltered housing complex for the elderly from the 23rd October 2023
  • job tile : Part time cook
  • interviews will take place week commencing 9th October 2023
  • alongside the tenancy support staff and manager, the cook is responsible for ensuring a mid-day meal is served daily to tenants, in addition to the cooking and serving of the meal the cook is responsible for supervising and training kitchen assistants, menu planning and ordering & rotating stock, whilst adhering to food safety requirements & cleaning schedules
