  • your role as the Bar Manager will be leading bar teams throughout service from opening to closing

Requirements

  • it would also be advantageous if you have experience managing a team and being current on drink trends
  • you will oversee all aspects of the bar, which includes cocktail creation and menu changes, providing a positive work atmosphere and being the voice of the bar staff for the site
  • in return you will receive a remuneration package circa £25,000.00, plus an attractive gratuities package
