accountant
Responsibility
- timely processing of invoices as well as maintaining the accounts payable ledger
- maintaining and implementing a new expense system
- assisting with the management of supplier payments
- assisting with month-end activities such as posting journals, balance sheet recs and reporting
- processing VAT returns
- and additional ad hoc finance projects
- ideally, you have previous experience in a similar junior Accountant role. In addition to that, if you are part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or AAT, that is great, but not essential for this role
