- the aim of all who work here is to create a friendly, relaxed and homely atmosphere
- the ethos of The Chestnuts is that we are here to care for the people that live here
- this is their home, and they are at the forefront of everything we do
- we are now looking to add a deputy manager to our team
- set in an acre of grounds and situated in the lovely rural village of Meopham in Kent, the Home is close to many local amenities including village shops, restaurants, pubs and has good transport links
- you will provide leadership, guidance and support to staff, ensuring that staff adhere to company policies, legislations and regulations
- it is important to us that everyone living here participates as much or as little as they wish to in being part of life within the home
