Responsibility
to ensure that POD’s are received for all items that are shipped DTS and portal is updated accordingly
ensure tracking numbers are received from suppliers and given to relevant people/loaded into Portal
to provide a resource for placing Purchase Orders
correctly progress PO Approvals via Portal
that all delivery issues are dealt with same day to avoid delays in payment to suppliers and maintain customer satisfaction
to ensure that all delivery due dates on the system are accurate and that any delays are dealt with and reported back to the Brand Manager &/or Sales team where necessary
call/Email suppliers for Pricing when requested, and use negotiation to get the best possible deal
to liaise with suppliers to maintain & improve supply chain for the benefit of the stock intake/warehouse/returns function by proactively progress chasing
Requirements
previous admin experience preferred
IT literate
good communication skills
administrative: 1 year
