Responsibility

  • this role will include alternate Saturdays
  • the job responsibilities include
  • cooking food to a high quality standard on a griddle
  • the Sandwich Bar is a small well established cafe in the DN7 area. We serve mainly breakfasts and hot and cold sandwiches as well as home cooked meals. We operate as a Eat-in cafe and we also offer a Takeaway and Delivery service
  • preparing and prepping food
  • the Sandwich Bar is recruiting for a qualified all day breakfast / griddle chef to work in their busy cafe for a minimum of 16 hours a week with the possibility of overtime work
  • general day-to-day kitchen duties including cleaning
  • storing food in the correct manner, i.e. - stock rotation, food replenishment, food labelling
