Requirements
proven experience of working in a role requiring a similar skill set

Responsibility
the role is to support the Secretary to the Trustees in her delegated duties of managing the day-to-day affairs of the charity
your position will be pivotal in promoting the caring ethos of the charity through supporting the residents of the Almshouses by helping to build a sense of community and ensuring that the properties in which they live are maintained to a high standard
managing the ‘expression of interest’ list, property adverts, organise almshouse viewing days, reference checks, move in and move out logistics
keep the register of all Almshouse residents updated
10. To maintain the upkeep of the office and any necessary supplies
undertake regular property inspection visits and at least on a quarterly basis at Selby
