Requirements

Responsibility

  • the role is to support the Secretary to the Trustees in her delegated duties of managing the day-to-day affairs of the charity
  • your position will be pivotal in promoting the caring ethos of the charity through supporting the residents of the Almshouses by helping to build a sense of community and ensuring that the properties in which they live are maintained to a high standard
  • managing the ‘expression of interest’ list, property adverts, organise almshouse viewing days, reference checks, move in and move out logistics
  • keep the register of all Almshouse residents updated
  • 10. To maintain the upkeep of the office and any necessary supplies
  • undertake regular property inspection visits and at least on a quarterly basis at Selby
