As a warehouse operative, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that our inventory is properly sorted and stored.Responsibilities:- Management of the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organisation.- Picking, packing, and preparing shipments for our clients.- Assist with receiving shipments, unloading and unpacking products from suppliers, and checking for any damages.- Managing inventory including stock taking and carrying out regular checks.- General warehouse maintenance.Qualifications:- Must be able to lift and move heavy items.- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial.- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.- Ability to use a range of hand and power tools.- Good communication skills and able to work effectively as part of a team.- Full UK Driving License is beneficial.Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. The Opportunity We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and attentive Delivery Driver & Logistics Operative to be based at our warehouse in West London. You'll be focused on ensuring that all of our clients have an excellent experience; from ensuring process is followed within the warehouse so that stock is managed effectively, through to the product is delivered and installed efficiently and courteously, you always have the client in mind. In this role, good furniture knowledge is an advantage as many of our products will require not only unpacking and delivering to the client's room of choice, but often some assembly and installation too.
