Responsibility

  • \*Drivers preferred for day shifts\
  • cedars Care Services Ltd provides high standards of support and care to young adults with learning and physical disabilities
  • shifts are 12/13 hours per day/night depending on the needs of the home, with more flexible shifts within the respite home
  • increments are paid hourly for waking night shifts
  • all Bank Holidays are paid at time and a half, or double time, depending on the Bank Holiday
  • we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide effective, person centred care for the residents and service users within our residential and respite homes
  • we also run an on call service, which staff are paid for at rates for weekdays and weekends
  • we are currently recruiting for part time, full time and short term contract positions with optional overtime available
