Responsibility
- assist the head chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen
- help plan and develop menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences
- prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
- supervise and train kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements
- previous experience working in a restaurant or gastropub
