- work on all aspects of development transport planning and traffic engineering
- lead projects in support of new developments
- provide advice on the transport aspects of development master planning, urban regeneration projects and the production of Travel Plans
- deliver innovative and cost effective transport planning solutions that exceed client expectations
- analyse complex transport and highway issues
- identify constraints for sites and identify suitable approaches to overcome
- understand design principles of new junctions, give advice on suitability of designs
- work on all aspects of development transport planning and traffic engineering and deliver innovative and cost effective solutions that exceed client expectations
Requirements
- 6 - 9 years of experience in the field
- strong working knowledge of development transport planning
- relevant academic qualification or considerable experience
- experience of delivering projects from client pitch to completion
- highly computer literate
- proven track record within the industry
- obtained or working towards an appropriate professional qualification
- 2-4 years in private sector is preferred
