Responsibility

  • helpdesk duties, managing your ticket queue
  • site visits to install PCs/laptops, wireless hardware, VoIP hardware, assist with Microsoft 365 migrations or on-site investigation into reported issues
  • taking ownership of problems and finding solutions
  • escalation of tickets when required
  • work with other members of the team when required
  • represent the company during site visits to clients
  • work as part of the Support and Installations Team, providing 2nd and 3rd line levels of service to clients both in-person and over the phone
  • opportunities to take on more project work or account management
