- the Car Group are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Advisors to join our inbound telephony team
- you will be working for one of the largest indoor car supermarkets in the UK, based in Bury, Greater Manchester
- we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, tailoring our approach to meet our customers individual needs
- we are looking for candidates who have experience in providing excellent customer service and a friendly, willingness to learn approach
- as well as the salary we pride ourselves on having the best bonus structure in place where successful applicants will be rewarded extremely well for assisting customers in choosing the right car from our extensive range of stock, from our state-of-the-art showroom
- to provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls from our customers and assisting them with their query. This can range from an update on a purchase that they have made or customers wanting to make a reservation or purchase
