Responsibility

  • working in conjuction with the Head Chef to lead the Kitchen team
  • maintaining and creating new menus
  • must have excellent communication skills and be flexible with shifts
  • rota system in place which will be managed by you
  • tip scheme available
  • this person must have experience working in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years busy kitchen experience, this individual must be reliable, have an excellant work ethic and be used to managing people and situations/challanges
