- ensure that all food is presented for service in a timely manner and in the correct sequence
- responsible for daily operations in the kitchen

- managing, training, and recruiting our team as required
- ensure that the company Health & Safety Policy is met at all times
- our success starts with our teams, so we are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Chef who has experience and knowledge with fusion cuisine and pan-European cuisine experience to develop our kitchen menu and maintain our current standards in 166 Cafe bar
Requirements
- level 3 hygiene
- minimum of 1 years experience as a head chef
- ability to adapt to various menus
- operate existing menus and work as a small team
- proactive, target-driven
- strong leadership skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- knowledge and experience with Asian and pan-European Cuisine
- passionate about what you do and an eagerness to develop with us
