- our clients are seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team and contribute to their continued success
- manage and oversee a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions
- stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations in the conveyancing field, conducting legal research as needed to support clients' interests
- ✅ 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to conveyancing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
Requirements
- qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
- strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- proficiency in legal research and document drafting
- willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
