- manage and oversee a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions
- stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations in the conveyancing field, conducting legal research as needed to support clients' interests
- ✅ 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to conveyancing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements

- qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
