  • we are looking for someone who is passionate about great food, loves creating fresh homemade meals to wow every guest, and wants to be part of a small but perfectly formed team
  • our perfect candidate will be hard working and committed to help us become one of the best places to eat in Newark
  • maintain the highest standard of food quality and presentation at all times. You must be aware, understand and comply with commercial kitchen legal requirements with regards to food handling and hygiene and attend training when required

Requirements

  • our ideal candidate must be passionate and committed to working in a commercial kitchen
  • you will be well organised and be able to work on your own if needed
  • you must have experience of preparing dishes from fresh ingredients and have a genuine love of food
  • we are looking for someone who takes pride in food presentation with a fine attention to detail
  • you should have a great work ethic and be punctual and reliable
  • working in a commercial kitchen: 1 year
  • shift patterns will be set by him but will include regular days off including occasional weekends
  • due to our location you must have your own transport
