  • the Bread Company is looking for a Baking Professional to join our team
  • this position will be responsible for preparing and decorating cakes and other desserts, as well as other baked goods
  • the candidate will be trained in all aspects of baking and decorating cakes, including the use of specialty ingredients and equipment

Requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to work in a cold environment
  • ability to work with limited supervision
  • ability to read and follow recipes and decorating charts
  • knowledge of standard baking pans, cake pans, and baking trays
  • knowledge of standard cake tools
  • ability to follow standard recipes for cake batters, doughs, etc
