Responsibility
- to handle a wide range of clerical duties, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, creating presentations, and handling correspondence
- assisting with the organisation of events
- coordinating with graphic designers to design and orchestrate the delivery of advertisements, brochures, and other printed materials
- assisting with the upload and implementation of social media campaigns and articles
- preparing reports on marketing activities, including costs, revenue generated, and customer feedback
- identifying opportunities for increasing brand awareness through social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter
- assisting in the management of client websites by adding new content and monitoring activity levels
Requirements
- 1 year experience in content marketing preferred
- proficiency in Adobe Programmes
- proactive and highly organised, with excellent information management skills and a proven ability to multi-task
- able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- excellent attention to detail
- positive thinker, with a can-do attitude
