Requirements

  • you will have good longevity in previous posts and a genuine passion for working in Care
  • care home manager: 1 year
  • you'll have a strong background in developing care services, working with those living with mental health issues and their families, be outcome orientated and have a good CQC track record
  • you will be a dynamic, confident, and innovative leader with good networking skills and the ability to manage a team with an open, approachable personality
