Requirements

  • create dishes and menus that excite our guests and can be delivered consistently while making commercial sense
  • inspire, develop and maintain a strong kitchen team that can deliver dishes consistently in a timely manor
  • maintain the kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness and ensure of health and hygiene regulations are implemented and followed
  • cooking: 5 years
  • control the financial aspects of the kitchen. Including maintaining a strong GP, stock management, wastage, payroll and all other controllable costs associated with the kitchen

Responsibility

  • we are looking for a strong, passionate head chef to join our team and push our food offering to the next level
  • experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as we believe that talent, passion and personality are the most important factors in your long term success
