Responsibility
- perform general cleaning tasks to ensure all shared areas, including hallways, staircases, and common rooms, are kept tidy and well-maintained
- clean and sanitize the kitchen, including countertops, appliances, and other surfaces, ensuring a hygienic space for residents to use
- sweep, mop, and vacuum floors on a regular basis to maintain a neat appearance
- empty and clean waste bins regularly, disposing of trash in designated areas
- dust and clean surfaces, such as windowsills, handrails, and furniture, to remove dirt and debris
- keep inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or requirements to the supervisor
- job Title: Part-Time Cleaner Hours: 12-15 hours per week Rate: £10.50 per hour. The Location is the Harrow area
- the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in creating a clean and inviting environment for the residents
Requirements
- previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated working hours
- good communication skills to interact with residents and other team members professionally
- physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting
- attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas
- must be reliable and punctual, consistently showing up for scheduled shifts
