  • manage cash flow and banking relations for restaurant
  • manage inventory for restaurant
  • monitor and forecast sales of restaurant
  • manage accounting and human resources of restaurant
  • A Restaurant Manager is responsible for all day-to-day activities of the restaurant, ensuring that all employees are following protocols and maintaining a positive, efficient and customer-focused environment
  • plan, organise and co-ordinate daily operations of restaurant
