Responsibility
- managing Production Staff: Supervise and lead the production team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they meet productivity targets
- ensuring KPIs Are Met: Monitor and track key performance indicators, making adjustments and improvements as necessary to meet production goals
- ordering from Suppliers: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies
- dealing with Returns: Manage the return process for defective or excess materials, ensuring efficient resolution
- ensuring Credits and Invoices Are Correct: Verify and reconcile financial records, including invoices and credits, to maintain accuracy and compliance
- updating Blindata Software: Maintain and update manufacturing software to streamline production processes and data management
