- the ability to identify plants and recommend plants for the appropriate growing conditions
- the ability and willingness to multi-task for all garden centre tasks including selling to clients and using the EPOS till system
- knowledge of how to care for and maintain indoor plants and products relating to plants
- hard-working and helpful
- A positive, happy and flexible attitude
Responsibility
- providing exceptional customer service and information to clients whether in person, by phone, or by email
- assisting other staff in other areas of the garden centre when required
