we are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team
assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals
the ideal candidate will have a strong background in fresh food cooking and a genuine enthusiasm for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to our standards and procedures
oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking of supplies
ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and consistency
maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine menu items, focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients
Requirements
