Responsibility

  • we are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef to join our team in our fast paced restaurant
  • candidates will be chosen based on experience and placed on appropriate shifts according to that experience
  • as a Commis Chef you will have a proven track record and excellent references. You will be experienced in working under pressure
  • you will be working in a modern environment in a business that will be building its reputation from the ground up. Good food, drink, atmosphere and great customer service are crucial and only achievable by a team effort
  • self motivation, being a team player and a real ‘can do’ attitude are essential and the premises owners will value your input and include you as part of the food decision making process
  • you will report directly to the Head Chef and will work with the owners in developing the style of the restaurant as it takes its place in the already strong Blackpool market
