Responsibility
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
Requirements
- previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender is essential
- knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink price
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank holidays as required by the business
