Requirements
prior experience as a Barback or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques
strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
ability to learn and master our 22 cocktails and expand your knowledge of classic cocktails
good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
strong communication skills and ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Responsibility
craft and serve our signature drinks, including our 16 cocktails, with precision and care
restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, mixers, and garnishes, to ensure that the bar is always fully stocked
educate guests on our drinks menu, offer recommendations and create personalised drinks based on their preferences
maintain a clean and organised bar area, including cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste
keep track of inventory and alert management when supplies are running low
follow all health and safety guidelines, including wearing gloves during food prep, to ensure the safety of our guests and staff
provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, building relationships, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
keep the bar area clean and organized at all times, including wiping down counters and equipment, sweeping the floor, and disposing of empty glasses and bottles
