Responsibility

  • ollie's bar, The Bit on the side
  • offers classic cocktails, additional seasonal drinks, a wide range of spirits and a high end selection of wines
  • as Bartender, you’ll need to know your Manhattans from your martinis to provide high class drinks expected by our customers
  • an exciting opportunity has come up at Ollie's and we are on the look out for bartender. If you have cocktail experience and want to join our busy, fast paced and growing restaurant then apply today
  • do you have flare? Charisma? Charm?
  • we are looking for someone who is confident in serving wines, carrying trays and customer service skills. We have events occasionally - jazz nights, music nights, cocktail master classes... maybe you can bring some new ideas
  • we are looking for someone who can bring theatre to the bar and of course charm
  • A good knowledge of wines is handy however training is available from our fantastic supplier. Support and additional training can be given to develop your knowledge to help you grow and develop
