- manage the effective operation of the bar, food and table service during a live event
- cellar management including efficient line clearing stock rotation and general cleanlinessParticipating in the
- duty Manager rota as required
- work alongside the Operations Manager to oversee set up of tables, buffet stations, bar and any other food and beverage provision required for each event
- work with the operations manager to manage wet stock for all events spaces and specific event requirements, including stock rotation and ordering
- take pride and responsibility for every dish leaving the kitchen and every drink served from the bar
- manage guest complaints to the best of your abilities/knowledge before escalating
