Responsibility

  • we are inviting you to apply for our new position of Sales & Marketing Executive, for our Property Company based in Birmingham
  • as one of the first points of contact for our residents, your friendly demeanour will be key to building strong relationships with our residents so they feel welcomed and engage with you throughout their stay with us
  • providing a decisive and effective response to customer complaints, assisting in and resolving issues and escalating as appropriate
  • ensuring the residences are well maintained throughout and keeping the team informed of any issues
  • to have an awareness of student welfare issues and to keep management informed of any matters that may arise in the accommodation relating to this
  • responding to and logging maintenance issues including call outs
