  • ● Complete food wastage record sheet and any other kitchen documentation to standard and as required or directed
  • reports to: Cafe Bar Manager
  • ● Ensure full awareness of allergy information in everything served in order to pass this information to the cafe team
  • hours: 24 per week with potential for more. 6 hour shifts
  • ● Report any faulty or broken equipment
