Responsibility
- develop excellent working relationships with our clients to become their trusted advisor
- lead and manage a team of BASIS administrators
- perform system administration tasks such as installations, upgrades, and patches
- configure and maintain SAP systems, including HANA and S/4HANA
- design and implement SAP infrastructure solutions based on business requirements and a good understanding of SAP Products Best Practices and associated non-SAP technologies
- take ownership of client requirements, deliverables and adherance to standards
- monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- at least 8 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration
- at least 3 years of experience in SAP HANA administration
- experience leading a team of BASIS administrators
- experience with SAP infrastructure design and implementation including the ability to produce clear design documentation
- experience of architecting and implementing solutions on cloud platforms
- strong knowledge of SAP system administration tasks such as installations, upgrades, and patches
- proven assertive project management and governance skills
