Responsibility

  • ultimately, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day management and reporting of how these channels contribute to growing the Bike Club membership base

Requirements

  • proven experience in a similar role specifically focusing on Paid Social
  • strong experience with planning and running paid social activity on Meta
  • experience with TikTok and Pinterest ads would be looked upon favourably
  • experience working within equivalently digital-focused growth company
  • an interest in learning about the ever-changing landscape of paid social platforms
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • excellent organisational skills
  • proven problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • solid knowledge of software development principles

  • reporting any ongoing issues to the Operations Team
  • adhering to BC quality assurance standards
  • carrying out in process inspection of bike build
  • supporting with the onboarding and training of quality team members
  • work quickly while maintaining a high level of quality
  • work in a standing position for many hours in a manufacturing atmosphere

  • identify and resolve bottlenecks in production to maintain a smooth workflow
  • lead and support the mechanics team, working closely with the Mechanic Supervisor
  • develop and implement training programs to technical skills and knowledge
  • collaborate with the Site Manager, Logistics Lead and other teams for seamless operations
