Responsibility

  • we're currently hiring enthusiastic and talented Line Chefs to work at our restaurant
  • the Line Chef position is responsible for preparing and cooking a number of menu items
  • ensure all products are cooked to the preferred level of doneness
  • have knowledge of a wide variety of meats and seafood to cook
  • be comfortable handling a variety of meat, poultry, and seafood
  • work quickly and efficiently with all the food ingredients to come up with new meals
  • keep ingredients well stocked at all times
  • have knowledge of types of foods and ingredients, cooking techniques, and equipment involved in grilling
