Responsibility

  • booking, briefing and managing facilitators, agreeing fees, organising travel and room bookings and all the logistics for successful service delivery
  • working with the in-house creative team to develop content for delivery to external partners
  • agree and manage agreed annual income, expenditure and contribution budgets
  • maintain TBHMB booking pipeline, monthly income and expenditure forecasts and monthly I&E review
  • oversee the design and delivery of workshops and performances that are tailored to TBHMB clients, including the quality of the training, the quality of the customer experience and the positive impact on the young trainers, to ensure it is always of the highest standard
  • keep a log of TBHMB activity on the Lamplight online database
  • set and manage the annual training calendar and budgets for the entire portfolio linked to targets set with the CEO and Finance and Operations Director
  • building relationships with new and existing clients to offer bespoke workshops and performances at agreed rates and upselling services to maximise net profit
