- providing additional administrative support to the Tutor Trust organisation and staff
- to be an active member of the team and actively contribute to the Tutor Trust’s overall strategic plan
- to take a creative and enthusiastic approach to contributing to making the Tutor Trust successful
- assisting in general office duties as necessary
- managing our HR databases, ensuring that data is up to date
Requirements
- proven HR generalist experience, an understanding of the principles of good HR practice and good knowledge of employment law
- experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures in line with industry best practices
- excellent organisational skills
- experience in establishing strong working relationships with colleagues
- experience working with a highly driven, dynamic workforce with high expectations of themselves and others
- the ability to adapt to new office systems and contact databases and to use them effectively
- experience and knowledge of staffing matters relating to diversity, equity, inclusion and wellbeing
- A high level of personal integrity, respect and empathy for others and an ability to be consistent, open and honest
