- meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day
- assist with selection of, vendor recommendations, and contract negotiations
- create detailed timelines and itineraries for the wedding day
- coordinate and oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of the event
- provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the planning process
- handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
Requirements
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- creativity and ability to think outside the box to create unique experiences
- knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- familiarity with hotel operations, guest services, and restaurant management
- experience in weddigs or event planning is a plus
- events management: 1 year
