Responsibility
- providing 5\* treatments, primarily massage & facials but also beauty if required
- managing appointment diary
- retailing and recommending products
- hosting for spa days - serving afternoon tea and drinks
- keeping the salon and your treatment station clean
- communicating well and being a helpful team member
- general reception duties i.e answering the phone, door and messages
Requirements
- 1 Year Experience within a Beauty Salon or Spa
- good organisational skills
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or Equivalent
- further beauty qualifications i.e. hot stones, lash lift, gel nails
- excellent Customer Service
- confidence with retailing products
- working in a salon or spa: 1 year
