  • maintain high standards in equality and diversity
  • using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
  • uploading learner information into the MIS
  • generic photocopying or resources and material to support operations
  • sorting of internal and external mail, inclusive of sending tracked postage
  • generating reports for the Academy Lead where necessary
  • provision of generalist IT support across the office as requested
