managing the company CRM, updating records and creating reports
diary management for CEO and Business Manager
the management of office operations, including IT, leases, general contracts, telephones, petty cash, supplies etc to ensure a cost effective and efficient working environment
responding to queries from levy payers by phone and email and liaise with other members of the team to ensure that issues are resolved
management of board and business meetings including: communications and preparation of paperwork and agendas, taking notes and room bookings
