- to follow our recipes and given baking procedures
- to create our bagels to a high standard
- follow safety procedures when using ovens and other cooking equipment
- to be able to identify errors and help fix them
- to deliver the right amount of bagels to all of our shops
- communicate with customers effectively as people often come to the bakers for extra information about our bagels
Requirements
- we sell everything from coffees, flapjacks, smoothies and you guessed it
- bagels
- we hand bake our bagels each and everyday
- the Bagel Place is exactly what says on the tin, were the place of the bagels and were proud to say that we hand bake our bagels every single day
- were a small fast growing business that is looking for a bright and up and coming baking assistant to work within our amazing team
- as of today we bake around 600-800 bagels per day and provide all of our stores with enough bagels for the entire day
