Requirements

  • minimum 3yrs Experience in baking and using ovens in a Bakery
  • must have at least 5 years previous baking experience
  • must be able to work night shifts 9pm-5am
  • experience with mixing and shaping Sourdough, Ciabatta & and other breads
  • experience in making and baking breads
  • we are looking for two hires so there is an option to work just day shifts
  • experience and confidence in using deck ovens
  • experience with Sourdough, Ciabatta & pretzels and shaping breads
