- ensure language is in accordance with the Aztec branding standards and consistent to core messages
- regular communication with relevant departments to convey content updates and keep abreast of overall expectations and improvement opportunities
- overall responsibility for the compilation, maintenance and management of the library / answer bank
- develop and own compelling proposals bespoke to each client and tailored to their specific needs, in collaboration and consultation with our cross-jurisdiction BD team
- responsibility for the overall quality of content, whilst working to tight deadlines alongside stakeholders to deliver proposals that align and highlight Aztec's excellence as a service provider
- structure, draft and publish engaging and commercially driven content in collaboration with, and on behalf of, our subject matters experts in a style reflective of our Bright Alternative brand
- collaborate with stakeholders to write and improve RFP content as well as the implementation of follow up material/standard documents as per potential client's requirements
Requirements
- strong financial services and commercial knowledge
- experience in writing RFPs in the Funds industry across multiple products
- knowledge of Pardot would be preferable
- excellent project management skills
