Responsibility
- we’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Cook to join our team
- you’ll ensure all food is consistently stored, prepared and served to the highest standards at all times
- you’ll also need to ensure food safety standards are met
- we’d also like you to help with ordering stock and assist with keeping costs under control
- the contract will be part time 4 days a week
- but, apart from the occasional evening dining trains, it's a daytime role between 8.30am and 5.30pm with no split shifts
- we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable working weekends and bank holidays as that's when we're busiest
- you’ll prepare home-made breakfasts, snacks and main meals in our station café and also get the chance to cook onboard our amazing first class dining trains! It's a unique working environment with a great team, and we'd love you to join us
