- this post is responsible for leading on shift to ensure that The Mill Arts Centre is a welcoming and vibrant space for audiences, customers, and artists
- we are recruiting for a Duty Manager to join our friendly team
- you will work closely with Operations Management to oversee the day-to-day running of the Front of House, Box Office, and Café Bar and to ensure that the Customer Service Assistants are delivering an excellent customer experience
- the Duty Manager is responsible on shift for ensuring that The Mill is compliant with current licensing and health and safety legislation and will report to the Operations Manager on all logistical aspects of the day to day running of the building
