  • support the delivery of the scoping, procurement and delivery of all reactive, re-letting and service charge works required within the portfolio
  • to ensure that all customers are always complying with the terms of their leases and tenancies particularly in respect of health & safety, maintenance and payment of rent and support the Property Manager in the remedy of all breaches in accordance with current statutory processes and procedures
  • assist, support and monitor the delivery of a robust cyclical maintenance and PPM regime across the region via the Arch Co supply chain
  • support their team and colleagues to improve the appearance of our estates and attract new customers
