Requirements

  • degree level education or equivalent
  • solid events experience in producing events within a professional service environment – financial services events experience preferable
  • in corporate events
  • strong communication skills – both written and oral
  • excellent planning & organisational skills
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting constant deadlines and delivering under pressure
  • ability to take full ownership of projects

Responsibility

  • maintain statistics on event attendance and feedback and produce metrics post-event along with a consolidated global events metrics report
  • to support and deputise the Global Head of Events with the strategy and the development of events offering
  • build a knowledge of venues and resources by attending industry relevant events and site visits on an on-going basis
