Responsibility

  • run service and the kitchen on the days when the Head Chef is not present
  • demonstrate knowledge of excellent kitchen management and make menu suggestions
  • follow the instructions and recommendations from the Head Chef to complete the daily tasks
  • ensure that the highest of standards of food quality, service and cleanliness are achieved
  • ensure that production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality
  • must maintain the highest standards of hygiene and work to the EHO guidelines
  • take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Head Chef to meet the standard and the quality of food

Requirements

  • 4.5 days per week
  • ability to work under pressure

  • attention to detail, with ability to follow high standards
