responsible for taking decisive and preemptive action when required to ensure that budgets are robust and provide a sound basis for each academy
manage and maintain the Trust’s Finance Controls Manual
ensure that academies maintain accurate and sustainable cash flow projections for the current and future years
advising academies on the preparation of annual estimates of in c o me and expenditure and the completion of budgets including three year forecasts and the submission of all reports and documents to the Assistant Director of Finance
to act as a key person in the central trust operation for school finance leads, ensuring they have information to carry out their roles effectively
